1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions of 5zzz are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or using your account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

5zzz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated date shown on this page, and users will be notified where necessary. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms apply equally to all users.
• 5zzz's services are for personal use only — commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• No part of the platform may be copied or redistributed.
• 5zzz never sells your personal information to third parties without your consent.
• Service quality and availability are subject to change depending on circumstances.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 5zzz, you must be at least 18 years of age and a Bangladeshi citizen or legal resident holding a valid national ID. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — if detected, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, contact our support team right away.

3 Betting Rules

Before placing any bets on 5zzz, please make sure you've read the specific rules for each market. Different rules may apply to different sports and markets. Once a bet is confirmed, cancellation is generally not possible.

Odds are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are considered final. In live betting, odds shift quickly — so confirm before placing your bet. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 5zzz reserves the right to void that bet.

• The minimum bet amount varies by market — please check before placing a bet in a specific market.
• 5zzz sets the maximum bet limit for each event.
• If any changes occur before a match begins — such as a team change — the bet may be voided.
• If betting fraud or syndicate activity is detected, the associated bets and winnings will be forfeited.
• 5zzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• For drawn or abandoned matches, the staked bet amount will be refunded.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5zzz supports over 15 payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Full account verification (KYC) is required before making a withdrawal. Large withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. We recommend using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Identity verification documents may be requested at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Each user may claim a bonus from any promotion only once.
• Bonus abuse and claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 5zzz may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In any bonus-related dispute, 5zzz's decision shall be considered final.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with bonus funds.

6 Responsible Betting

5zzz believes betting is purely for entertainment. We never want any user to suffer financial or emotional harm because of betting. That's why 5zzz offers a range of responsible betting tools that you can manage entirely on your own.

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• If needed, you can request a temporary account suspension for a period of your choice (24 hours to 6 months).
• Once a permanent account closure is requested, the account cannot be reopened.
• If you suspect an issue, please contact our help center.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be acted upon immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 5zzz's terms and conditions. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using another person's account or committing identity fraud.
• Participating in match fixing or betting fraud.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors for personal gain.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

5zzz takes your personal data seriously. Information collected during registration and use is strictly limited to service improvement, identity verification, and legal compliance.

• Payment details are not stored directly.
• You may request to update or delete your personal information at any time.
• User experience is improved in accordance with our cookie policy.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

5zzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these terms and conditions. You will be notified of the reason via email or support channels.

• If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid deposited funds will be returned.
• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, bonuses and, in some cases, winnings may be forfeited.
• Users may also request to close their own account at any time.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months.

10 Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction

For any dispute with 5zzz, please first attempt to resolve it through our help center. We believe most issues can be settled through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved and legal action becomes necessary, it will be settled under the applicable laws and judiciary of Bangladesh. 5zzz will always endeavor to reach a fair resolution.

• Dispute claims must be submitted within 30 days.
• 5zzz aims to respond within 7 business days.
• In the event of a dispute over a betting outcome, an independent expert opinion may be sought.
• 5zzz's final decision shall be considered binding.
